From December 26 to December 28, 2024, the annual work conference of Hepu Power 2025 with the theme of 'cultivating internal strength, strengthening skills, and seeking development' was grandly held.  Li Xianping, Chairman of Hepu Power Co., Ltd., together with the company's management representatives, technical representatives, and all sales personnel, attended the meeting and sounded the resounding horn of moving forward with great strides in 2025.

This meeting was divided into multiple stages, including the sales team's team summary and planning, product technology training and practical operation, team outdoor expansion, and annual mobilization meeting. The meeting clarified the company's strategic development direction and goals for 2025, pointed out the direction for everyone to move forward, and inspired high morale.

The heads of each sales department have provided detailed summaries of the highlights and shortcomings of their respective teams' work in 2024;  For the market development work in 2025, the heads of each sales department have decomposed the sales goals and work according to their actual market conditions, ensuring that there is a plan, focus, direction, and goal to do a good job in customer maintenance and development in the new year.

In the product technology training segment, the company has arranged a series of highly practical courses to empower all sales personnel, improve their in-depth understanding of the company's products, and enhance their product sales and service capabilities.
